Associate of Applied Science in Viticulture

The Associate of Applied Science in Viticulture degree is designed to prepare students to enter the grape growing industry and to provide professional training for existing industry workers. The courses provide opportunities for students to participate in hands-on field experiences in vineyards and wineries across the state providing students with laboratory experience in a location conveniently located to their home.

APPLICATIONS NOW BEING ACCEPTED FOR SPRING 2013.
To apply for either the Viticulture or Enology program, you must begin by submitting the VESTA Consortium application. You will need to request transcripts from other institutions you have previously attended, so it is important that you start this process soon! They will share the information we need to take care of your registration at the Ashtabula campus so that you don't need to complete the paperwork twice.
