Congratulations Spring 2012 Graduates

There are now 147 new graduates of Kent State University who took their classes on the Ashtabula Campus. Because of two dual majors, 149 degrees were awarded at commencement ceremonies May 4, 2012.
The keynote speaker was Pulitzer Prize-winning columnist Connie Schultz. The student speaker chosen to represent the class was Tina Bihlajama. Ford Behm was honored with the Ashtabula Area College Committee Community Service Award. Deborah Newcomb received the Roger T. Beitler Distinguished Former Student Award.
