Contestants had to have been enrolled at Kent Trumbull at the time of project submission. Posters had to have been no smaller than 11" x 17" and no larger than 22" x 28." No digital submissions were accepted.
Criteria for judging consisted of overall power of message, clarity and emotional tension, integrity, originality and creativity.
Prizes were awarded to the top three overall finishers, including Mary Blevins (first place, Kent State book bag), Robbin Ivory (second place, Kent State sweatshirt) and Janet Blasens (third place, Kent State t-shirt).
A trio of submissions received honorable mention including those submitted by Jennifer Fink, Christine Lee and Kyle Rice. The Diversity Council would like to thank the Kent Trumbull Bookstore and Campus Duplicating Center for assistance with this year's project.
