Nick Shaffer, Information Technology Technician at Andover Bank, was recently named Andover Bank's Employee of the Quarter for the fourth quarter of 2009. Nick's outstanding customer service has earned his the distinction. Nick is always willing to help employees resolve an issue so our staff can better serve their customers. Nick provides solutions to employees and customers who need a helping hand with the technology that is available in today's banking environment. Mr. Shaffer resides in Jefferson and is a graduate of Edgewood Senior High School and the Ashtabula County Joint Vocational School. He holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Technology from Kent State Ashtabula where he was named to the Dean's List. Nick is currently working towards his Bachelor's Degree in Technology. He is President of KSUA's Association of Information Technology Professional - Student Chapter and a Kent State Ashtabula Student Ambassador. He is also a USBC Bronze Certified Bowling Coach at ABC Lanes in Ashtabula and an Ashtabula Little League umpire.
